Power & Precision Flow with Allison
Every Saturday from 10am - 11am
In this harmonic blend of Iyengar and Ashtanga styles of yoga, flow through a series of carefully sequenced poses that connect mind, breath, and movement. With alignment-focused cues and emphasis on targeted body ports, this class aims to deepen your relationship with both new and familiar postures as you balance, build strength, detoxify, and dance on the mat.

Core Power with Carolina
Every Tuesday at 6:30pm
Join our Core Power class, a 30 minute session to ignite your core. Whether you’re aiming to improve core stability, enhance posture, or have a defined midsection, this fast-paced class is suitable for all fitness levels.

This is for anyone who is looking for 1:1 instruction, any age, and will be customized to your specific climbing and/or fitness goals! We are excited to offer private lessons to both individuals and families (max 5). Receive a FREE initial consultation to determine the training plan that works best for you. Training sessions are one hour each at a time that works for you.
