General FAQS:

The entire day! Our Day Pass rates have no time limit! You are even able to leave the facility for lunch and come back before closing that same day!

Only if you don't have your own equipment! We do require the use of climbing shoes for all climbing and a harness if you plan on climbing our tall walls.

Yes! Upon entering the facility for the first time you must watch a video with safety information. Once your check in process is complete, you will be shown how to utilize the facility and equipment safely before being allowed to climb on your own.

Yes! This lets us know how many people are in the facility for capacity purposes as well as for safety! So even if you are not climbing we ask you to still check in at the front desk.

Climbing is for everyone! There is no minimum/maximum age. As long as you can hold onto the wall, you can climb. We also have a climbing area that is designed for little hands with holds close together and easy to reach.

No! Sessions Climbing + Fitness is a locally owned and operated business. We are not affiliated with any other climbing facilities.

It’s just the price of a Day Pass! However, if you do not have climbing equipment you will need to rent some from us. We have everything you need as a package price of $11 with shoes, harness, and chalk bag.

No! Sessions offers Day Passes that allow you to come in and experience all the facility has to offer for the day.

Absolutely! Located upstairs is our full service fitness center with weights, treadmills, bikes, rowing machines, and more! We also have our kilter board, campus board, and yoga studio upstairs as well! Access is restricted to those over the age of 14. The price is included in the purchase of your day pass/membership for utilizing these facilities.

Yes, Sessions does not have yoga mats available for use, however the yoga instructors will bring a limited number for use on a first come first serve basis.

All basic climbing, fitness, and yoga classes are included with the purchase of a day pass or membership. Intermediate and advanced classes do have an additional fee, but there is a reduced rate for members.

The Climb Together program is designed to help families experiencing a significant financial impact who want to give the gift of climbing to themselves and their children. If the combined household income is less than $60,000 a year then they receive 50%
off memberships and passes.

When a member gets a friend to also sign up for an Annual Membership, the original member gets a $60 immediate credit added to their account. They can do this for up to 5 friends, for a grand total credit of $300/year! They can use the credit at our retail shop or they can wait and save all their credit to use toward their Annual Membership when it’s time to renew.

MEMBERSHIP FAQS:

There are no contracts for our recurring monthly memberships and you can cancel at any time! There is a one time administrative fee upon beginning a new membership, but this covers the cost of your membership card and membership perks!

Sessions has a Climb Together Program which offers our family membership 50% off for those suffering from a greater than normal financial impact. If your household income is less than $60,000 then you are eligible for the program. Ask about it at the front desk today!

Yes! All recurring members receive a discount in our gear shop and all Active Duty and First Responders receive a 10% discount to be used on memberships or in the gear shop. Sessions also has themed nights with discounts on day passes and gear rentals throughout the week. Follow us on social media to never miss out on a good deal!
